Bejeweled Bookmarks and other Artazia Delights
Background: Art Deco.
Not to be confused with its forerunner, 'Art Nouveau', 'Art Deco' is a term which refers to certain art forms of the 1920s and 30s. Its style was colourful, geometric.
Though thoroughly modern and sophisticated, it often drew on earlier avant-garde ideas - indeed it was even influenced by ancient art.
It covered designs in art, architecture, transport, fashion, etc, etc.
The term comes from the 1925 Paris Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes.
Quote from the website of the Victoria & Albert Museum:
"The arts of Africa and East Asia provided rich sources ... . Archaeological discoveries fuelled a romantic fascination with early Egypt and Mesoamerica."

Some Artazia items are hypoallergenic.
Artists are especially chosen for their talents, which particularly complement Artazia.
One of the artists, who produces this unusual and stylish jewelry, is Ayala Bar, a gifted Israeli Jewelry artist, influenced, in her work, by Art Deco, Byzantine and Victorian styles.
The Artazia Collection also features beautiful items of 'Judaica'.
Check out the 'Total Satisfaction Pledge and easy return and refund policy' mentioned on Amazon.
This is from one of the Amazon 'Product descriptions':
"Each piece is truly like a miniature artwork, the intricate design is hand painted and set within a very light stainless steel frame. Austrian crystals, beads and a variety of other materials are delicately assembled and set in artists resin resulting in a beautifully finished and durable piece."
Artazia is proud to announce that they produce and sell 'works that transcend fashion trends and whose appeal is not tarnished by time or geography'.
The stainless steel used in magical Artazia jewelry, is laser-cut and resists tarnish. The innovative, hand-painted, unusual designs may include crystals, beads, Swarovski crystal, other glass, chains, etc, forming a delightfully intricate collage, within its steel frame. Layers of artists resin, over this assemblage, result in a strong, but light, glossy contemporary work of art.
Let's see what is on offer, via Amazon!
